Become a Certified International Qualified Translation Service Provider according to EN 15038

The certification process for TSPs starts with your Application of TSP Certification, which is specially designed for professional Translation Service Providers in cooperation between IQ-Translator and the Austrian Standards plus + Certification, a member company of the Austrian Standard Institute and LICS, Language Industry Certification System.

To go through the certification process, please study the Certification Scheme. The Application of Certification contains and explains the way to obtain the certificate, documents to be sent and process fees. This information can only obtained in the member area.

If you are still not a member and would like to become a "Certified International Qualified Translation Service Provider" according to EN 15038, please send your Application of Membership.

Steps of the certification process

• If you are still not a member apply now
• Complete your application for certification
• Activate your account and pay the certification fees (EUR 850.00 for the initial audit / 550.00 for re-audit yearly by an Auditor from your area; fees including registration fees of the certification body, excluding VAT)
• After receiving your data the evaluation process starts
• Feedback by the Lead Auditor follows within 1-2 weeks.
• Pass on any missing data or documents required by your Lead Auditor
• The Lead Auditor in your area contacts you to arrange a date for the certification audit
• Obtainment of the certificate (in case of a successfully certification audit)
• Register as a "Certified International TSP"
